Board-certified periodontists. 20,000+ implants placed. Four locations across the valley. When other practices say "you can't get implants," we're who they refer you to.
Most dental offices in Las Vegas place a few implants a month. Our team places more in a week than most practices place in a year — over 20,000 implants and counting, across single-tooth replacements, full-arch reconstructions, and complex zygomatic cases that no one else in the city offers.
That's not a marketing claim. It's a referral pattern. General dentists across Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin send their most challenging implant cases to us — patients with severe bone loss, failed previous implants, or anatomy that requires advanced surgical technique.
If you're missing teeth, we'll show you every option. If you've been told you're not a candidate for implants, get a second opinion before you accept dentures.
Zygomatic implants anchor into the cheekbone, eliminating the need for bone grafting in most cases. We are one of the few practices in Las Vegas offering this technique.
We rebuild and replace failed implants from other practices. Our diagnostic process identifies the original failure cause so the replacement succeeds long-term.
Walk in with failing teeth. Walk out the same day with a fixed, full-arch implant bridge. Sedation included.
Diabetic patients, smokers, and patients on bisphosphonates require specialized planning. We accept cases that general dentists routinely decline.
Transparent fee. Flexible payment options.
Step 1
Meet with our team for an evaluation, followed by a Smile Design to create your teeth.
Step 2
While comfortably asleep, teeth are removed and implants are placed. You leave with fixed healing teeth the same day.
Step 3
After healing, final touches are made to the look and feel of your teeth. We then custom-craft beautiful, durable, natural-looking zirconia teeth.
A general dentist completes 4 years of dental school. Our specialists complete 4 years of dental school plus an additional 2–3 years of specialty residency in periodontics, implantology, endodontics, or orthodontics. That difference matters when your treatment is complex, irreversible, or expensive.
